I'll lend money, not as a creditor but as a "Partner" in your business. My shares will be determine according to money landed for the business

 

(Maximum Of  RS: 100,000, one Hundred Thousand Rupees.

But if the project is amazing the amonut supply can be unlimited.)

These Conditions Will Apply

​

1.1 The “Investor” is remitting to the “Entrepreneur”, RS: 100,000 (One hundred thousand Rupees), by Mauritius Commercial Bank, check number 34559911. By doing so, “The Investor” is entitled to 25% of all businesses carried by “The Entrepreneur”, but will remain a dormant Partner.          
1.2 “The Entrepreneur” agrees to pay the “Investor” by standing order on MCB account 
no 000444230831  as follow: 
Rs:1500. (One thousand & Five Hundred Rupees), for first TEN year, (01.10.2016 to 01.09.2026 Inclusive) 
& then 25% of all businesses carried by the “Entrepreneur”. Mr.Marday is investing in the latter, not in a particular business. 
1.3 A re-adjustment and updates can be performed each year, due to business expansion and inflation, but it’s optional. Otherwise the same deal will remain active.    
1.4 If for any reason the payments are not made accordingly, It will be considered as a breach of contract and the total amount must be refunded immediately. If legal action are needed, “The Entrepreneur” will bare all charges.
1.5 If “The Entrepreneur” is dead or incapable to operate the business and appoint a person to do so, the current deal will remain the same, but on the contrary the “Investor” will take-Over.
